Okay, I let the person who bought vBulletin add our site email to the "priority support" thing, but I still come up here as unlicensed. I've waited an hour, and still nothing. The email worked on the vB support forum, so... =/

AH, that was the problem. It's been fixed now, do I have to re-register, or will the system detect the email in another hour?
