First off, lose the ads in the forumdisplay thread listings. That looks horrible.

I like how you've got all members being active, but make sure you have lots of linkbacks on forums (posting your site alot on promotion forums are a great way for getting backlinks.) Submit your site to search engines and send a link to your friends.
