How can i hide user ID in my forum

Hello everybody,
I tried searching for this but couldnt find anywhere.
I want to show member name in their profile url isntead of their memer ID like this

https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/member.php?u=371103

Is there any way or mod for this.

With vBulletin 3.x you will need to create a .htaccess file for this. There are probably already some modifications or articles posted on this.
