I'm trying to import v3arcade games via a zip-file from the admin-cp, but it says ZIP is not compatible. Install Failed. What format should this zipfile be in?

The ZIP files have to be specifically for an arcade like this. Are you importing games for an arcade, or are you just importing games that happen to be ZIPed up?

The games resided originally on v3arcade, and I just zipped up a bunch of .swf-files from there. But how is a structure of a v3 zipfile then?

Then no, it won't work that way. You need the original ZIP or TAR files you downloaded for your arcade. You cant just ZIP them you self, there needs to be a number of certain files in the compressed folder. If you were moving from v3Arcade to ibProArcade on the same installation, you could have always used the converter, provided you didn't uninstall v3Arcade already.
