Tabs that change to show new content

Be cool for someone to find a way for the CMS, Blogs and Forum tabs to change or glow or turn a different color when there was new content posted. Be a good way to get people used to forum only to go check out Blogs and CMS.

Why not use vASpy or Display unread posts & reputation comments?
