10 post to allow links, sigs, etc

Not sure if this is possible but I have issues in my boards where people will create an account and then post an link to their/a website. After that, they never post again or create a new account and do the same thing. I don't mind that people link like this but I want them to contribute more to the board before they are allow to do so. Is there any mod or way in the config to set a 10 post minimum (or what ever I choose) before people are allowed to link in their post? I was thinking this might be good if it can bleed over to people sigs, but the link part is the main thing.

Check the Mod Section. I remember seeing a mod for minimum posts to post links.

Whereas about the signatures, you can either create a custom mod for that or use the permission system. i.e. Set a post count based group and disallow them to use signatures.
