Export users from vb3 to vb4

Hellow:
I want export or move the users of a vbulletin 3.8.4 to a vbulletin 4.0.2
I try export table users from the vb3 to vb4 and appear error next:
#1136 - Column count doesn't match value count at row 1
Who can help me?.
