I don't understand cookies
I really do not know how I should have set the cookies when I installed.
I think I have a cookies issue as my moderators and admins cannot log in. I currently have an smf 1.1.4 site that is going to be migrated over to vB4 Suite. How do I go about fixing the cookies issue if that is what it is? Thanks Jon |

You're posting this in the wrong place, as vb.org is for modifications (you want vb.com). But in general, you shouldn't have to mess with any cookie settings.
Can anyone log in? A url wouldn't hurt either. |

No one can log in. I am just trying to get my moderators and admins in. Here is the test forum. I am in the admin panel but I cannot get a login on the public side of things. http://edcforums.com/vbtest Here is the site this is supposed to replace when finished. http://edcforums.com --------------- Added [DATE]1266662481[/DATE] at [TIME]1266662481[/TIME] --------------- I wonder. Since I don't know anything about cookies I wonder if I created the problem. I am not an IT person at all. Is it safe to show paths? |
