IDK if it's just me, or my members also, but my site is loading a lot slower compared to sites about the same things with the same amount of users. I don't know why, but any ideas how to make it faster.

Checked out the client area for your host, under network issues? Could be an issue on your server and such.

Just go to your hoster's homepage and find a link to support/client area. It isn't difficult. You'll need the username and password you used to create an account with your hosters to access it.
