MAJOR Problem Please help ASAP!!

Ok i was foolish and made no back-ups, i uploaded vBAdvanced to my forums and all was working and was great, i then went and renamed cmps_index.php to index.php and accidently replaced the old index.php file, now my forums loads up fine etc but for some reason if they try go to the forums home page that lists all the forums, well it doesnt work at all.

Ok i found the original vBulletin 4.0.1 download i had, uploaded index.php but as a renamed file off forum.php and still doesn;t work sometimes it just times out others i get a error on line 63? I have tried everything, i have no /forums folder everything is in my root.
