User option to turn on/off censor word list in profile

I did a search and couldn't find anything on this...

Basically I'm looking for a Mod or some help on putting a user selectable "option" in the User CP under "Edit Options" and then under "Thread Display Options" with the following :

Show Signatures
Show Images
Show Avatars

And adding a choice to..

Show Censored Words

Basically allowing users to turn off the censored word list.

I wanna say that this is a default feature in either phpbb3 or IPB. One or the other I've seen it
