Arcade style doesn't work in Firefox!

Usually I'd think it should be the other way around, but the Arcade skin doesn't work in Firefox (using VB 4.02) but seems to work fine in IE. Attached are a couple of pictures showing the same page in Internet Explorer 8 and Firefox. The one that looks broke is Firefox.

I've got my Store CSS Stylesheets as Files set to NO and have also tried the <fieldset class="fieldset"> fix but neither change anything.

Any ideas?

i got the oposite error works on Firefox but not to IE

for me it doesn't work either on IE, FF, nor Chrome
