I am trying to install a new skin (forum and Blog) but have not been able.

Instructions says:

/skin/images/todorc/ Contains images
/skin/todoenrc_liquid.xml XML file of the liquid version of the skin. To be imported during skin installation.
/skin/todoenrc_fixed.xml XML file of the fixed version of the skin. To be imported during skin installation.
/skin/todoenrc_blog.xml Blog template xml file. To be imported during skin installation.

Note:
At this stage, it is recommended to TURN OFF your forum first until all steps are done as it contains some file replacements.

Upload the images to your forum directory.
Login to your Admin CP. Go to Styles & Templates > Download / Upload
Browse the skin (todoenrc_liquid.xml.xml) file, choose (Create New Style) from the Merge Into Style Dropdown, give a name to the Title (for example TodoEnRC) then click Import.
For Blog xml files, browse for (todoenrc_blog.xml) file choose select the installed skin from #3 from the Merge Into Style option, then click Import.

I have done exactly what I have been instructed... but everything seems to be spoiled, attached screenshot of what I see..

Support for styles/modifications is given in the style/modification thread. Please ask for support in the thread where you got the style.
