Would it be possible to have e-mail notification sent to a configurable user group (Mods...) when a post has had 0 replies for a configurable amount of time? The message would contain a link to the thread in question. I'm interested in this because I'm trying to make it easier for our chemists to reply to stale threads.
An another note, it would be cool to send this notification to the top 10 posters on the board (or even the whole community) so they can help. Obviously, this would require an opt-in / opt-out button in the user options. LMK if this is silly. Thanks! |

Yes, this would be of great help in providing true support to your users. Sometimes things can slip by when you are really busy.
Any ideas here? |
