Instructions
1. Upload the xml file into a new style
2. Upload contents of 'Semblance' to '*vbulletin files*/cpstyles/semblance'
3. Edit the logo 'semblance/misc/banner.jpg'
4. Banner PSD can be found at TalkTemplate.com (psds cannot be uploaded here)

Supported Layouts

-Forums
-Blogs

To make the style work for the CMS, you have to click the edit (pencil) button next on the main page (content.php) and manually set the style choice.
The CMS styling isn't very intuitive. (many people have this problem)

I really like this, I think if there was a way for me to have a color chooser on this one I might just upgrade to vb4 on my board and try it out! I currently user MinerSkinz Bingo, see this link for the colors they use I like the amount of color choices really http://www.minerskinz.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2950
