I searched for this and found an older thread asking the same question but with no answers. I thought that making a new thread would be better than being a Necromancer.

I would like to force users to use prefixes when starting a new thread. I have found no mods for this and have seen nothing by way of AdminCP settings.

Is this something that is possible?
