After i upgraded to 4.0.6 It did put a border around it. Even border="0" is there. Do you know how can I get rid off the border?

Also the Opacity is not more working

If u take out the <td width="200" border="0"><div align="center"> </td>

the border is off. But dont ask what it is for. I am not a Coder
