How to move Who's online box to the top of forum

I'm certain this has been asked already but I did a search and couldn't pull anything up. How do I move the Who's online box up to the top of the forum ?

Hey, do you mean "Currently Active users"
If so, go to template FORUMHOME and look for {vb:raw navbar}

Under that add:

If you want to remove it from Whats going on, remove the same code from there.
