vBulletin 4 Admincp Options

Hi ,
I have a problem.I have upgraded my forum from 3.8.4 to 4.0.1 ,everything is OK~ and I have admincp like 3.8 yet, but every 4.x forum that I see is different only my Forum is not allright.If you see the style the forums are as categories are seperated.
And I do not have the option vbulletin cms + blogs but i have uploaded all the files.
