I need to center my message area like on the screen. I know how to set Message Area Width but I wasn't able to center it

You can't prevent that, it's due to large smilies.
You could try using html wrap codes, but I doubt it would do anything. Try going to:
AdminCP -> vBulletin Options (x2) -> Message Posting Interface Options

Set this option: Smiliebox Total Smilies

To something like 8, 9 or 10

but I don't want to shrink it, I want to have it wide from left side to right side (green arrows) and it should be centered.
