No navbar include on login page

Hi

I've got my navbar links included using a global start plugin

Code:

ob_start();
   include('/var/www/domain.net/public_html/common/header_menu.php');
   $include_header_menu = ob_get_contents();
ob_end_clean();

That works fine except on login page.
