Looks nice.

Cut down on the amount of forums though. No members and to many forums is no good...

I agree. Start with less (I need to take my own advise, though) and you can expand as you get more posts. For now it looks very empty and many visitors will leave. No one wants to be the first one on the dance floor... But otherwise the layout looks good.
