I know there was a mod for this for 3.5 but it does not work for 4.0. Is there anyway I can make it so that only certain groups can change the background of their posts to either a picture or a color? Or is that impossible in 4.0?

Sure it would be possible to do, but you'll need to update the mod. I don't know if there is an updated mod yet, but you can try a search.

There isn't one. Any idea where I might find a mod like that? I've looked all over this forum for one.
