hi i have upgrade vbulletin from 3.8.4 to 4.01 , no problems but after login in the admincp get a white screen any help ??

Try re-upload 4.0 again

also i get white screens if the .htaccess is wrong or missing but thats me

Ok, please upload your tools.php he have inside on not upload folder and make your maintenance. Please note only run if you have install folder. Eg: yourdomain/tools.php and reset your cookies.
