Can u tell me when i make user to post to create thread with human verification code.. then user cant reply to thread is blocked reply ?? i know with add reply work but with quick reply no

AdminCP > vBulletin Options > vBulletin Options > Human Verification Settings

Check off the [X]Post box.

Then edit the usergroup and "Require Human Verfied Actions"
