Spam Bots

My site is getting more and more spam bots signing up . I have switched on the admin verification but they all just keep signing up. I have to go on site and delete between 70 -100 everyday . Is there any anti spam or sign up mods , like the ones where you have to type in a answer to a question or type in a generated code
