Quite a bit of help needed

Right firstly, im using a RSS bot to post applications for Beta, the feed is;
http://macmee.com/ross/jobfeed.rss
When i preview it shows them all, Although the problem is that its not posting them

even when i put run scheduled tasks...

Secondly, im using the promotion system on a post system, although thats also not working and not ranking anyone up. So could i have some help please
