How To [Subdomain] and [migrate]

Dear vb.org'ers.

two questions:

How can I migrate information like users, posts, ranks etc from vB3 to vB4? Any link to a guide will help.

And how to I setup a subdomain for one function within vB, namely the UserCP.

I want to rename it to MyFrogo (site's name is Frogo), so it will be like http://my.frogo....
