New forum display on right side

Im new to vbulletin i been look for a addon that like forum threads og new forum threds on the right side of the forum excaly like they have on

Any one know where i can find one like this?

Admin CP > Vbulletin options > forum side bar and block options. Turn it on

Then go to forums and moderators > forum blocks manager. Set up your options.
