File Upload Manager

I have forum attachments set to 1MB.

I create a post and by either choosing Additional Options/Manage Attachments or using the Attachments icon at the top of the editing window, get the File Upload Manager.

I choose Add Files/Select Files, navigate to an image that is 130kb, it uploads, but then there is a red circle with an exclamation point next to the image.

So is there something I need to enable to attach an image? It's a jpg, which is an allowed attachment.

Attaching an image via a web link works.
