Any cool incentives to get more members?

Anyone know of any cool incentives to get more members and have them be more active? I have 2. One is the first 3 members to 100 posts gets a custom name under their username and another is the first club/organization on my forum that brings 10 active members gets their own subforum. Anyone know of any others?
