Odd error I'm unable to figure out.

I set my doc_background to url(images/bg.png)fixed and all works fine when viewing in Mozilla Firefox, however if you open the browser with Internet Explorer we get a White Background. Funny part is I have the background color set to Black inside my Stylevar.

Now, if I removed the 'fixed' part after the bracket, you can view the background in Internet Explorer, but you also get a nice ugly chuck of black after the background image bottom border.

Any idea's why this is happening?

On my screen they are identical, just to small background image
or background color should have been a matching blue..
