i have a problem in attachments in my forum , when i try to upload a file or a photo i can't , and if i try to download an old attachment , i found a white page appear to me

please i wanna a solution

What is the error you are getting? Have you always had this problem or did it just start? What happened right before it started.

no error appear to me just a whate page appeared and this problem started two monthes ago suddenly

when i try to upload a file or a photo
an error appear which said that it is impossible to upload the file




and i upgread the version and the problem still found
