Subscription System not removing

It is letting people stay subscribed to a subscription even after their membership runs out Any ideas?

Turn off recurring subscription or and have them remove the subscription in paypal.

isnt the whole point of the system to automatically remove the subscription once it ends.

If they dont purchase a recurring membership they should be automatically canceled once the timeframe ends

Its probably recurring if they have been billed a second time.

they havent been billed, thats the thing. If you look under subscriptions and it will show the dates, their membership should have expired but yet they are still in the Vip usergroup
