Custom re-direct after posting thread

Is it possible to change the re-direct for a certain forum when a thread is submitted?

I'd like to take them to a page saying thanks, your news has been submitted and should appear on the news page soon blah blah...

At the mo, it goes to the normal place, the forumdisplay page.
