Allow Blog to server as a blog-reader

I have several users who maintain external blogs on livejournal, blogger, etc. They have asked if I can use their rss feed to post their blogs into my site's bog section.

Any way to do this manually? Or maybe an add-on could be created?

Admin CP -> RSS Feeds -> Add New RSS Feed
