I just wantedto know if anyone can create a template for me. Please PM me if you can do it. Also I have to have someone who wont charge since i'm broke at the moment. I will give whomever takes the job a short description when you PM me.

Why not do a bit of research, and make your own themes?

It's not hard and instead of just taking all the time, you may be able to give something back.

What version of vBulletin are you running? If you are still using 3.6.x or 3.7.x I have posted a few free skins here on this site. I have yet to renew my license and download the newer vBulletin versions, so I doubt they will work on anything higher then 3.7.x

A simple search of my post history should lead you to those skins if you want to check those out. The preview images are prob missing, as I did a complete wipe and re-install of my site not too long ago, and the images were prob wiped as well. =(
