User Profile Field: Images

Is there any way to have the options as images in the Usercp?

When I type the image location in the Title and Description of the User Profile Field, the image shows up in the UserCP. When I do it for the Options, it just shows me all the text instead of the image.

Is there anyway to let images show up there as well?
