Looking for some help with the size of an avatar.

We are using photo's of our staff as an avatar so our customers can see us.

Is there a way to make the avatar larger? We would like it to be about double in size.

Admin CP -> Usergroup Manager -> (usergroup) -> Edit -> Picture Uploading Permissions
