IE8 (Manage Attachments Button Missing?)

Hello ...

We have over 10,000 members in our "not for profit" forum..

I don't know where else to turn to try to help one member we have who logs in from Germany using Microsoft's IE8.

User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 5.1; Trident/4.0; GTB6.3)

He says that he no longer sees his "Manage Attachments" button when logged on and he receives the following error messages from IE8.

I am unable to duplicate the problem using IE8 to test it myself from North America and I've nobody else report this problem, although I suppose no one would notice unless they were file up-loaders and went in search of that button under the "New Topic" or "New Reply" button.

Can anyone give me some idea where I can tell this member where to look to try and solve his problem, as I think it has to be a localized problem on his end as opposed to a general problem of something that all of a sudden gone wrong with our site, which has been using vBulletin v3.67pl1 for years.

I have submitted this as a trouble ticket to vBulletin, but I know they're really busy with IE4 and I'm not sure it's even their problem, so I thought I'd try here as well.
