Off Topic forum in development (VB4)

This is some what early stages, we still have a lot of styling to do on the rest of the forum. So far however, we've been focusing on the index. So I'll include a screenshot of that here to get some feed back. The site isn't live yet, so I won't bother linking to the forum etc. However...

Our goals:
* Keep it as simple as possible
* Have it mainly white/gray/light colors, as we're going to have a "dark" or "black" version before going live.
* Keep it HTML / CSS compliant

Still go go:
* Styling of quite a few pages, though we're 50% there.
