Reporting Question & Programming

So, I've taken over a forum and am making the move to vB4 from vB3.8.2, and decided to make a clean break and start with a new db and a fresh install.

I've mannaged to port / find most of the mods I need, except one.

on the old forum, when a post was reported it would include the user who reported the post, the original author of the reported post and the sub-forum that it was posted in.

My question: What vB4 template controlls this output, and what variables are needed to generate the nessicary code.
