Removing hacks,Is this the right way to do it ?

I have a handful of useless hacks on my board.now that i m planning to move to 4,i plan to get rid of all of them.

is this the right way to do it ?

admincp >manage products >find the product in question and select "uninstall" from the drop down tab.

Then go into the plugin manager option and "delete" the plugins .

i run 3.6.8 and will be taking a backup through shell before i start.

any suggestions will be appreciated.

Go to the modification thread and download the modification and read the installation instructions. In order to uninstall the mod, do exactly the opposite of what you did to install it.
