Multiple Background Images

I'm trying to set up a new style that (optimally) contains one centered, top aligned image and a second image that tiles behind the first, but I cannot for the life of me figure a way to consistently wrap every page in an extra <div> tag that could contain the extra style information I'm trying to apply. I am running vB4.0.1. Any ideas?
