I got loads of this database error in my mail(aprox 40 messages) today. Whats the problem?

How many users are added to the database?
OR
Looks like one db user is connected to too many databases.

This is a server issue that you will need to talk to your host about if the link posted in post 2 didn't help you resolve it.
