Gaming Controller Icon

I need a small 16x16 image designed. I want it to match Shelley's set of icons (http://www.bbsmiley.com/miscellaneou...ni-post-icons/), and look something like (but obviously edited to suit Shelley's:

Maybe something in between the three.

Please let me know if you can do it. Or if you can find one online that suits it already.
