Default moving "what's going on" to the top, below the navbar
Can somebody post how to move the entire "what's going on" block to the top, just below the navbar?

Not sure if this how you want it, but open up your FORUMHOME template and find and remove

edit FORUMHOME template. Copy (and delete) all code from <!-- what's going on box --> to <!-- end what's going on box -->. Paste it right below {vb:raw navbar}
