Vbulletin 4-message Is Too Short Problem!

so basically whenever anyone (including admins)
posts something on my forum.

we get this

its very annoying and its tedious to go back and type everything again.

Is there a fix to this? a patch or a code

There doesn't seem to be anything wrong. From the screen shots you trying to post with no content.

Create a new style with no parent:

• Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
• Parent Style: No Parent Style
• Title: Default vBulletin
• Allow User Selection: Yes
• Save

Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?

If it is still happening - Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

Are you just posting an image? It's a known and irritating bug in the vb4 releases.

Or may be you are using this mod in which case you will have also the same issue.
