Nice mod, is there a way to say days instead of hours?

I would like 1 post every 7 days... but its saying 1 post every 168 hours.

how is this mod different from this one : https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=214812 ??

This limits THREADS not POSTS in THREADS correct? If so can it be changed to limit the amount of POSTS in a forum?
