how can I restrict guest viewing user profile?
is it possible?
and also the whats going on section.... can I restrict guest viewing it?

You would set it up in the AdminCP under Usergroups>Usergroup Manager>

Just hit the Go at the end of the Unregistered / Not Logged In row.
